DWP Black pepper is produced from the still-green, unripe berries of the pepper vine, harvestedfrom our well managed plantation, under professional planter’s regular supervision possessing40 years of experience in agricultural sector.DWP Black Pepper is processed and dried under hygienic conditions. The harvested berries are cooked briefly in hot water, both to clean them and to prepare them for drying. The berries are dried on a separated drying floor for several days, during which the pepper around the seed shrinks and darkens into a thin, wrinkled black layer. Once dried, the spice is called black peppercorn.And it is a condiment that has been salt’s partner on Western tables for hundreds of years.
